Description

Taking into account the natural shape of the lot and its orientation, we analyzed that the best solution was to create the main distribution in an "L" shape layout, distributed along the front of the lot where the wall of this volumetry becomes the main actor of the facade, which fills the interior of the house with privacy. In addition, with this orientation we were able to guarantee the best ocean view from the most important areas for our clients.
