Description

We found a sloping lot, facing south-east and with a main view to the golf course. Two of the client's requirements were that their house be on one level and to maximize the ocean view, which due to the natural orientation of the lot was not favored. To achieve these objectives we decided to deploy the house on the middle level of the lot and rotate the main volume containing the social area and the master bedroom so that these spaces would be the most favored with ocean views.
